To provide Senior Management with the Navigation Tools needed for today’s world. These comprise cloud-based, collaborative Strategy and Risk platforms to enable them to get from where they are to where they want to be. In 2008 Richard saw the need to provide powerful, easy to use, team-based solutions to the key drivers of a business – Strategy and Risk. He assembled a team of experts around him and began to develop Navizone, a holistic Strategic Risk Platform that is complete, powerful, visual, scalable and easy to use.

History

In 2008 Richard Lamey saw the need to provide easy to use enterprise solutions to the key drivers of a business – Strategy, Planning and Risk & Compliance.

He got together with Bill O’Shea and using a combined experience of 50 years with leading multinationals, developed spreadsheet solutions for clients to meet their needs. However the limitations of spreadsheets soon became apparent and they assembled a team to develop Navizone: – integrated, holistically-architected Strategy and Risk Platforms that are complete, powerful, visual, scalable and easy to use for Management at all levels.

Additionally as the delivery of Strategies is driven through projects of all types and scopes, they extended the product development to include a powerful Program and Project Monitoring platform so that Senior Management can track the execution of strategic activities.

The input from working closely with clients helped them to improve the products into what they are today: powerful, visual, collaborative, easy to implement platform that is exciting for users to work with and highly cost-effective for clients

Richard Lamey

Richard Lamey – FCA, CISM

Richard Lamey has over 30 years of International business experience, and most recently focused on developing tools and solutions to simplify complex business issues for companies of any size. He brings a strong focus on Strategy, Planning, Sales Operations, Finance, and Business Architecture. Richard has held Senior Executive positions in Strategy, Finance and Operations with Pepsi, Ingres, Oracle and Informix, and has consulted to many major companies on Risk Management and technology implementation. He has lived and worked in the USA, UK, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Puerto Rico. Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in the City of London, is a Certified Information Security Manager and is fluent in four languages.

William F. O’Shea

William F. O’Shea - BSc, CPA, CISA

As the Director of our Risk Management and Program Management, Bill is responsible for providing Enterprise Risk consulting services to public and privately owned companies in a wide variety of industries. Bill has 30 years of experience in Risk, audit and compliance including IT general and application controls, systems implementation, and business process re- engineering. Bill helps companies efficiently and effectively manage their controls and processes with his expertise developed working with US and international organizations such as PepsiCo, Tegal and ASK. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Information Systems Auditor, and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the chapters of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.

Rainier B. Amoyo

Rainier B Amoyo - BSc MSc

Rainier is the Technical Architect for Navizone and leads the development team in Manila. He has led teams on numerous major web-based projects for multinational companies and is fully conversant in major programming environments and and end-user tools.

Roger De Kassel

Roger De Kassel - BSc FIWS

Roger is a market maker with over 20 years proven track record in opening up new markets and launching new products on the market. Roger has worked for FORTUNE 500 companies and start-ups across Europe and the Middle East including Robert Half Inc. and Adecco. Roger has a strong focus on win-win partner and client solutions and understanding of the Navizone Vision and how it can be applied to the market place.
